The Original Froyle Players was formed in 1983 with the first pantomine (Babes

in the Wood) being performed in January 1984.They continued to put on

Pantomimes for the next twenty years with the finale production (Babes in the

Wood) in January 2003. The original production team feeling that after twenty

years of hard work, they had enough and decided to hang up their panto hat's.

The remaining players decided it would be a shame if the Froyle's great

Pantomime tradition should come to an end. So it was decided that after a years

rest they would reform with a new production team and continue to keep the

Panto "alive and kicking" in froyle. Making their comback with a mordern twist to v

the "Jack and the beanstalk" in 2005
